Nizza LiveShopping "the App” provides The Nizza Live Shopping app allows you to live stream events on your store's website to promote products, increase sales, and enhance user experience simultaneously, while interacting via live chat "the Service" to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.
Personal Information the App Collects
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:
- Product Information
- Collections for products
- Obtain the data of your product for the carousel and highlight, this information is observed in the live event (photos, prices, variations, sizes, colors).
Additionally, we collect the following types of personal information from you customers when you perform a live event in the chat (this is configurable)
- Name
- Email address
This information can be collected and can be downloaded once the event is over, (as we indicated this information is optional and is part of the chat module settings)
Information about individuals who visit your store, such as web browser details, time zone on the particular device. This allows indicating how many attendees connected from a web or mobile browser and is additionally used to improve the transmission of an event according to the browser
